Ida-elsje is a renowned and accomplished artist, who specializes in designing and manufacturing unique and individual pieces. She worked at the Shimansky collection for four years, designing and manufacturing platinum and diamond jewellery, before establishing her own business. She was a finalist in the Kebble Art Awards in 2004, which indicates that the creativity of her work has been recognized by some of the country’s foremost art curators.

She has an extensive range of exclusive, custom-made earrings that range from small delicate diamonds to large bold chandelier and filigree designs. Ida specializes in personalized handmade engagement rings, with custom cut diamonds and other precious or semi-precious stones. Diamonds are set in gold, platinum, silver and even resin. At times, she uses her customer’s handwriting to complete an intimate item using laser engraving. Ida also produces individually designed necklaces, bracelets, pendants and brooches.
